Doctor Frankensim's Laboratory

Primary emphasis is on presentation of a large number of innovative and unusal skins for Sims. Also
offers two peculiar objects. Guest artists offer some nice artwork for your sims to hang on their
walls. Site theme is horror; not recommended for small children, but lots of fun for everyone
else. The web site itself is quite a work of art.
CAUTION: Brief background music. Pasiphae says, "A great place for stone walls! Lotsof beautifully rendered stone walls! I'll bet the Doc didn't know he was Livin' Luna when he made all those walls for his medieval village!" Caddy says, "Some of those stone walls are a tad macabre for downtown Luna City, but if you venture out toward the Overmyer Shelf, you never know what you'll find! "On October 31, web hosting costs forced Doctor Frankensim to remove the downloads from this site. He has released his stuff on CDROM, which is available for $20 plus $5 shipping through your PayPal account. Click on the icon below to go directly to the page about the CD."

work well. The craftsmanship on the costumes is quite impressive.

EliSims is a Windows program for managing multiple neighborhoods. No downloads here; just the program and
related information. Requires Windows 95 to run. Not compatible with Livin' Large or House Party, and
available only for Windows, so its utility seems to be quite limited.

Elizabeth's clothing for all categories of sims includes some really nice original designs. Don't overlook
the menu offering subcategories for Everyday, Work, Formal, Party Wear, and Swimwear. Also offers
furniture and furnishings in most categories. You can outfit your home in bamboo! Has a page dedicated
to a SimPose contest, where you get to try to outdo others' poses. Hosted on Topcities.
Pasiphae says, "A glass brick counter! That's the most original Livin' Luna item I've found yet! There's a matching end table, and in the Building department I found matching glass brick column, all made by Cellomaster." Caddy says, "I really like the clean site layout. It has fast response and is easy to navigate once you get used to the navigation menu being on the right-hand side. Um, just like another site I've seen recently... "On the other hand, I hatethis obnoxious little window that sits there and randomly launches advertising pages! It's enough to make me avoid anything hosted on Topcities. Try turning off Javascript before you visit Elizabeth's site; but if you do, her links page won't work for you." |

Flesh Dolls

Gene closed the site on 21 January 2002, not due to network or hosting problems, but because he decided he would
prefer to do other things. His stuff will continue to be available on line for an indefinite time. Click on
the small "FleshDolls.com" link at the bottom of Gene's note to get to the site.
If you need a zombie or a tiger girl in your game, this is the place to look. Recently added some adult females in decorated t-shirts. Offers some intriguing anti-grav furniture and other off-beat objects with customized behaviors. The Strut-Your-Stuff mirror is a popular item. Objects are being added in sundry categories. Moved from The Sims Resource in October 2001; so now Flesh Dolls has dramatically improved response time but has to cope with worries about bandwidth limitations. It's safe to go back to Flesh Dolls now. We added Flesh Dolls back to this list after the webmaster removed a feature that denied access to visitors who got baited in by a "warez" link. Webmaster Glen Cotterill ("Sliver") exlained that he was curious about whether he could make it work, but having accomplished the task, realized it wasn't a good idea. Entry updated 21 Jan 02 |
